Parish Year End Forms were distributed by email to the Corporation of the Parish on January 13th, 2026.  The 2025 forms are due to the Diocesan Office by March 15th 2026. 

The year end forms are the basis of our distribution lists and with the 121st Session of Synod happening in October 2026 we will need those lists up-to-date so we can ensure the information is flowing effectively from the Diocese and the Search Committee to the Parishes and Synod Delegates.
